Shipping
- Dispatch: Orders placed before 4pm AEDT ship the same business day.
- Carriers: AusPost Express, StarTrack Premium, and courier partners for Sydney metro.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed once the parcel is scanned.
- International: Physical items ship within Australia; digital codes are available for New Zealand customers.
Returns
- Physical Games & Hardware: Return within 14 days, unopened, for a refund or exchange. Faulty items are covered per Australian Consumer Law.
- Digital Goods: Non-refundable once the code has been accessed unless Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.
- Process: Contact support@gametriphub.au with your order number to receive an RMA.
