Eligibility
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Condition assessment is needed for hardware and collector editions.
- Digital key issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request
Email support@gametriphub.au with your order number, reason, and any supporting evidence (photos or videos). We respond within two business hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days.
